Office Angels Crawley are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to work within a grand head office in Crawley. The office boasts a gym, cafe and parking. As part of the Social Media team you will be working mainly on the Twitter account via Hoot Suite responding to customers enquiries. You will also be providing senior managers with reports detailing the customer feedback as well as the statistics for analysis.

The role is required to work a shift pattern (these shifts are part of a rota so unfortunately non negotiable) the earliest shift will start at 4am and latest will finish at midnight, you will be working 2 weekends out of 5. There are options of picking up overtime so if you are after earning as much money as possible this could be the role for you.

Duties of the role include:

- Answering all incoming social media questions utilising Hoot Suite and Twitter

- Directing customers to the new informative app

- Helping gather data to write reports in Excel

Only a short walk from Three Bridges station you do not need to be a driver for this role.

Please note, this shift pattern is non-negotiable due to the teams commitments and the existing shift pattern. Plus there is lots of opportunity for overtime.

CHP Field Service Engineer £28,000 - £35,000 + Overtime

Renew Consultancy are working on a sole agency basis with a specialist CHP power generation company, who have recently acquired a new contact.

As part of their planned growth and company development, we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated CHP Field Service Engineer to be based from home, and cover a selected geographical area around Northampton, Milton Keyes, Leicester and along the M1.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Traveling to customer sites to carry out service, maintenance and inspection of CHP sets ensuring work is carried out to the required standards
* Conducing engine and generator component replacement
* Mechanical and electrical fault finding and problem resolution
* Keeping accurate up to date records of your work
* Informing the customer of the remedial status and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Prior basic experience using laptop diagnostic tools on generator control panels advantageous.

My client is able to offer a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 + overtime, on call allowance, company van, company contributory pension, holiday allowance up to 33 days, health care, laptop and PDA / mobile phone.

Dual Fuel Meter Installer

One of the UK’s leading independant metering contractors is now seeking to expand their network of dual fuel meter installers.

This position is a straight to permanent position, so no requirement to work via an agency as a temporary worker or contractor.

Additional earnings available via call out and an attractive, bonus scheme

The Candidate:

You will have to meet the following criteria, to be suitable for this position:

1) Gas Meter Qualified (ACS or Smart Meter Diploma)

2) Electric Meter MOCOPA Qualified

3) Be prepared to work outside of your local postal code area if required (Neighbouring postal codes)

4) Work evenings, weekends on call (1 in 4 between 12pm and 9pm) with a Bonus paid for all jobs on top of the basic annual salary.

5) Be seeking a permanent career opportunity.

6) Be prepared to be vetted via a Criminal Record Check

7) Have a maximum of SIX penalty points on your driving license
8) Be prepared to drive a van that has a tracker fitted

9) Be prepared to take additional ongoing training in metering
